No Refunds – All ticket sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or transfers will be given under any circumstances.

Health & Safety – This attraction may include loud sounds, strobe lights, fog, darkness, confined spaces, uneven flooring, and intense scares. It is not recommended for individuals who are pregnant, suffer from heart conditions, respiratory issues, seizures, or any other health condition that may be aggravated by participation.

Prohibited Behavior – No running, pushing, fighting, smoking, vaping, open flames, drugs, or alcohol are allowed inside the attraction. Guests under the influence of drugs or alcohol will be denied entry.

No Touching – Guests are not permitted to touch actors, props, or sets. Likewise, actors will not intentionally touch guests.

Liability Waiver – By entering, you release the owners, operators, staff, and affiliates of this haunted attraction from any liability for injury, illness, damage, or loss of property that may occur during your visit.

Right to Refuse Entry – Management reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any guest who does not follow these rules or whose behavior is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate.
